Vaccination Protocal for Puppies:
3-4 weeks of age - they receive Inter-trac 3
4-5 weeks of age - first worming
5-6 weeks of age - first fecal ( stool exam) and 5 way
vaccination.Vaccination brand will either be
Intervet 5 way with high-titer parvo protection or
Pfizer Vangard 5 with high parvo protection
8-9 weeks of age - 2nd worming,
2nd set of puppy 5-way vaccinations
12 weeks of age - 3rd set of puppy vaccinations,
2nd fecal 3rd wormings.
Will need the last puppy vacc. and rabies
vacc. at 16 weeks of age.
I like to keep the puppies with us until they are
10-12 weeks of age to get them started on the right track.
You can print off this page and bring it to your vet
so they will have a record of what vaccinations
and de-wormings your puppy has had.
